  • Orders placed after 3 PM or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


3. Domestic (Ukraine) Shipping

  • We partner with Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta for all domestic deliveries.

  • Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your package has been dispatched.

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.


4. International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped using reliable global carriers.

  • Delivery time may vary based on destination, typically 7–21 business days.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the package is in transit.

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to pay customs, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

  • We can re-ship returned packages at the customer’s expense after verifying the correct details.
