We partner with Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta for all domestic deliveries.

Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days.

7. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to pay customs, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

We can re-ship returned packages at the customer’s expense after verifying the correct details.
