Refund & Return Policy – Dravemo

At Dravemo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund process, outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.

The return request is submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

The product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Please note: Any item returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Products that show visible signs of use or physical damage not caused during shipping.

Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).

Personalized or custom-ordered products.

Service-based offerings (e.g., diagnostics or repairs), unless the service was not performed as agreed.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@dravemo.com or via Instagram at @dravemoua, and provide the following:

Order number

Reason for the return

Clear photo or video evidence of the issue (if applicable)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.


4. Refund Method

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide valid bank account details.

Refunds will not include any delivery charges or payment processing fees unless the return is due to a proven error on our part.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Dravemo will cover the return shipping.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you require a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order through our website.
