• Selected international destinations, including countries in Europe, North America, and Asia

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Orders placed after 3 PM or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Domestic (Ukraine) Shipping

• We partner with Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta for all domestic deliveries.

• Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days.

• Tracking numbers will be provided once your package has been dispatched.

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

4. International Shipping

• International orders are shipped using reliable global carriers.

• Delivery time may vary based on destination, typically 7–21 business days.

• Tracking information will be provided once the package is in transit.

• Customs duties, VAT, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

• DRAVEMO is not responsible for delays caused by customs, international shipping conditions, or third-party logistics providers.

5. Shipping Rates

• Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.

• From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website or via email.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status. If you do not receive this within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us.

7. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to pay customs, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

• We can re-ship returned packages at the customer’s expense after verifying the correct details.
