Terms of Service – DRAVEMO LLC

Welcome to DRAVEMO! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to DRAVEMO LLC, a company registered in Ukraine (EDRPOU 45211550), with its principal office located at Cheremshyny 6, Lviv Ukraine 79000. Domestic (Ukraine) Shipping:

  • We deliver across Ukraine via trusted courier partners such as Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Estimated delivery time within Ukraine is 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Free shipping or promotions may apply during certain campaigns.

  • Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • International orders are shipped via international postal services or courier companies.

  • Delivery estimates range from 7 to 21 business days.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.

  • DRAVEMO is not responsible for delays due to customs, international regulations, or carrier issues.
